Shops are just a few kilometers away in Les Vans, a village renowned for its Saturday morning market selling delicious local produce, and its many summer events. The gîte is on 2 levels, with the living quarters on the 1st floor and a large garage on the first floor for motorcycles, bicycles and cars. Inside, there's a spacious, bright living room with a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a lounge and a sitting area with a beautiful view of the Ardèche countryside.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with large shower, washing machine and separate toilet.
The covered terrace, accessible from the entrance and the living room, will enable you to enjoy convivial moments around a coffee or a meal (gas barbecue available).
