The village of Les Vans is less than 5 minutes' walk from the gîte, with all amenities (shops, cinema, mediatheque, Saturday morning market and Tuesday night market).
The river "Le Chassezac" and its swimming spots are a 5-minute drive away.
You'll also be at the crossroads of many tourist sites and activities (pont d'arc, grotte chauvet, gorge de L'Ardèche, bois de paiolive...).

The 55m2 gîte was completely renovated in 2020 and enjoys sunshine all day long.
