A place where jams are made with as many local fruits as possible. Sold on-site, you will find classic jams as well as "special" ones flavored with aromatic herbs or spices that take your taste buds on a journey. Less sugar, it's the taste of the fruit that makes the difference.
From tradition to modernity...
It was with my grandmother, Mamé Renée, that I took great pleasure in making homemade jams. This expertise was brought up to date during training in Brittany, where I also learned to make salted butter caramel and its variations, to which I added my own "twist" (Castamel, chocamels, Cararéglisse, Caramel Ardèch'Coffee...) and also dairy-free caramel (Cococamel, Choc’Coco, CocoCahuète).
Open since June 2021, the retail location is located in the heart of the Old Town of Joyeuse, where you can stroll and admire the shop windows of artisans.
