A new culinary adventure from chef Guido Niño Torres, Likoké is based on two essential principles: a burning passion for cooking and an insatiable appetite for new sensations. This is where the foundations of his cuisine of the future will be born. A cuisine firmly rooted in these rich lands of the south of France. With great respect for the terroir and an innate sense of textures and flavors. This close connection with the region is felt right down to the plate, where local products blend together wonderfully. A perfect union that is also reflected in the decoration of the restaurant, where limestone from the Ardèche and driftwood from the shores of the Camargue adorn the place in unison.
