Le Pairon

Located in the heart of Banne, our restaurant is run by two passionate women who have travelled the world, bringing a wealth of culinary experience. We grow our own vegetable garden, ensuring fresh, seasonal vegetables, and harvest wild ingredients from the surrounding forests and fields. We source everything from meat to drinks and herbs locally, ensuring exceptional quality and respecting the natural cycles of the region.

Our cuisine, inspired by local traditions, emphasizes a sustainable and seasonal approach. Whether for lunch on our terrace or dinner in our rustic room, each dish is an invitation to savor fresh and authentic products, in all simplicity.

From June to September our restaurant in Banne becomes a Gastronomic Café.
A short, fresh and entirely homemade menu is available throughout the day, without reservation: hot or cold dishes, pies, salads, desserts... in a simple and friendly atmosphere.
Everything is local, everything is homemade.

Monday is Burger Day: homemade burgers (with vegetarian options) served non-stop — reservations strongly recommended (limited portions).

At the bar, discover our selection of coffees, teas, homemade juices, smoothies, cocktails, aperitifs, and a wide selection of local wines to choose from our cellar.

“Carte Blanche” evenings will also be offered occasionally, by reservation.
