The Vincent Oil Mill, nestled near the red sandstone church of Brès, housed in a beautifully restored 17th-century house, allows you to discover the work of olive growers, weighing the olives and "feeding" the press.
The mill shop is open from May to the end of December in the afternoon and the rest of the year by appointment.
