The Royé family wines are the winemaking extension of the Domaine de Mercoire. The vineyards located in Lablachère, Planzolles, and Balbiac are all farmed organically or using the Vin Méthode Nature method.
Advocating respect for the environment and the terroir, all our wines are crafted with a quality approach, IGP Coteaux de l'Ardèche. Harvests are carried out by hand to respect the produce, and very few sulfites are used to preserve the character of the Cévennes Ardéchoises sandstone soils.
We work with different traditional grape varieties: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Caladoc, Gamay, Grenache, Marselan, Merlot, Syrah, Viognier and even endemic ones such as Chatus.
