A visit to this estate offers the chance to stroll through a beautiful olive grove and vineyard spread over 8 hectares of dry stone terraces cultivated using organic farming methods.
Nestled in the heart of these majestic trees that never die, Jocelyn's oil mill allows you to observe the entire extraction chain and taste its different varieties of oils. A visit to the cellar will also allow you to taste the wines produced from the different grape varieties grown on these Cévennes slopes (Gamay, Merlot and Chatus).

In Lablachère, head towards Planzolles, then before the winery turn left towards Payzac. At the crossroads on the St Genest road, Payzac, head towards Payzac. On the road before the village of Payzac, turn left at the sign for Le Pigeonnier. Then turn right.
