The "La Cévenole" wine cellar, home to Chatus, an ancient Ardèche grape variety, offers wine sales and tastings throughout the year. In summer, explore the vineyard with tours followed by a tasting.
La Cévenole is an intercommunal cooperative winery whose vineyard, with its typical terroir marked by "faïsses", extends over 700 hectares of vines worked with passion by 100 winegrowers.
The cellar located in the heart of the village of Rosières is a place of welcome and exchange, where you can taste mystical wines of character such as the “Chatus Monnaie d'Or” and the Cuvée 1883, ancestral grape variety.
In summer, the winemakers share their passion with you and offer vineyard tours every Thursday at 16 p.m. and tastings every Sunday morning.
Departure of the visits to the Cellar.
