In this territory concentrated on Lablachère, but also in a few surrounding communes, these enthusiasts have over time been able to take advantage of the dynamism of the oldest to maintain this know-how which begins with the harvest and continues with winemaking and then marketing.

To do winegrower's trail: Discover our landscapes, and the work of the winegrower all along this trail crisscrossing our terroir "the Trias Cévenol". You will see the terraced vineyards typical of the Cévennes Ardèchoise. These terraces called Faîsses, on which the Viognier, Chatus and many other grape varieties produce Ardèche wines of character. You will also discover the vineyard huts formerly used as storage for tools necessary for cultivation. They welcomed the workers, but also the families who met during the lunch break.
