Artisanal microbrewery under the Nature & Progrès label
Located in Champs Libres on Lablachère.
Located in Champs Libres on Lablachère.
JAVA is the result of a romantic encounter between two thirty-somethings. In 2015, Eva and Seb invested in an old barn in Lablachère; with major renovations, the vaulted cellar came back to life to launch the brews in the summer of 2016.
In 2022, the brewery is undergoing a makeover to give a collective meaning to its project. In association with other local producers, sharing the same environmental and social values, the 'Champs Libres' project is born. The brewery now shares these premises with a charcuterie laboratory “La Ferme de Pomeyrol”, a bakery “Le Fournil des Buis”, soon a chocolatier and a producers' store “Champs Libres”.
On this new playground, the brewery offers, with its acolytes, recurring events “Les vendredis de Champs”, the “Fête de la soupe”, as well as other spontaneous cultural and/or festive events; sports broadcasts, cinematographic events, meetings, St Patrick, etc.
The brewery offers a permanent range: Blonde, Amber, IPA, Triple, Brown and Alcohol-free
and many ephemeral beers: Blanche, Printemps, Pain, Châtaigne, Sour, etc.
Sale of bottles, rental of barrels for private events, rental of a “Beer truck” for a turnkey refreshment bar.
Ecocups are provided free of charge.
Private visit and tasting possible from 12 adults.
