Declaration of furnished tourist accommodation

Furnished tourist accommodations are now popular with tourists for their short or long stays. The rental of these accommodations is subject to very strict regulations.
The tourist accommodation are furnished villas, apartments, or studios, for the exclusive use of the tenant, offered for rental to passing customers who stay there for a rental by the day, week or month, and who do not take up residence there (Article D 324-1 of the tourism code).

You wish to declare your furnished tourist accommodation: find out more on the platform declaloc or contact your city hallNot all municipalities are registered in the online process. To find out, you need to go to the platform. If the municipality benefits from the service, the owner can register their tourist accommodation online. However, if the municipality is not part of the process, the platform indicates "The requested municipality does not benefit from the DéclaLoc service." You must then register at the town hall.
