Gîtes l'Ôlive : Alphonse
L'ÔLIVE is a small holiday resort located in Payzac, south of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. It consists of four attractive, eco-friendly houses (timber frame, wood wool insulation, green roof, etc.).
Nestled in the heart of a grove of white oaks on the edge of a sustainably farmed olive grove (Le Pigeonnier estate), all the ingredients are there for a relaxing and revitalizing stay in a calm and natural environment.
ÔLIVE has a swimming pool area with a breathtaking view, a large pool and a spacious beach.
The estate is located just minutes from beautiful swimming spots, 10 minutes from the main shops, restaurants, and farmers' markets, and 45 minutes from the Pont d'Arc Cave. All cottages are rented "ready to sleep," with all linens (sheets, towels, etc.) provided, and cleaning is included in the rental price.
Alphonse is a 36 m² cottage that can accommodate 2 people. It includes 1 bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 cm). Amenities: Its kitchen is equipped with quality household appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, espresso machine. In the living room: television. In the bathroom: iron. Internet (Wi-Fi).

The houses were designed using healthy, natural materials (wood frame, wood wool insulation, green roof). Wastewater is filtered using plants through a "phyto-purification" system. Electricity is supplied by Enercoop (certified renewable electricity). Household products are "eco-label" certified.
