A 2-hour immersion in the heart of the Domaine de Cassagnole, combining discovery of the vineyard, artisanal know-how and gourmet tasting.
Welcome & Introduction:
-Welcome participants to the estate with a welcome drink (homemade grape juice or glass of water).
-Presentation of the Domaine de Cassagnole, its history and our commitment to craftsmanship and local produce.
Immersion in the vineyard
Departure for a stroll through the heart of the vineyards, explaining the soils (rolled pebbles on the right bank, clay-limestone hillsides on the left bank) and their influence on the wines. Recognition of different grape varieties. Focus on working the vineyard: organic farming, the vine cycle, the winemaker's gestures and harvesting.
Visit the cellar and discover the know-how
-Explanation of the stages of winemaking: reception of the harvest, fermentation, aging.
-Presentation of the equipment, with anecdotes about your artisanal approach and our choice of assemblies.

-Guided tasting of 8 wines, highlighting the diversity of grape varieties and terroirs.
- Pairing with local specialties: Ardèche cheeses, artisanal charcuterie (sausage, caillette, etc.), sourdough bread or other local products (olives, tapenade, etc.)
Interaction with participants: introduction to aromas, sharing anecdotes, exchanging impressions.
