Night-time stroll through the vineyards by oil lamp, around the myths and legends of wine, followed by a gourmet tasting of the vintages in the cellars of the château lit by candlelight.

Sustainable tourism

I strive to be in constant contact with my vineyard. To do this, I increase the number of manual interventions (harvesting, pruning, maintaining the plant cover, etc.). This allows me to get the best out of each vine by treating them individually according to their own capacity.
I produce my wines while ensuring minimal use of inputs.

Passionate about the land of my Cévennes ancestors, it was in 2015 that I decided to come and settle in Les Lèbres, a family property in the Cévennes d'Ardèche. With my wife Nelly we wanted to make our dream come true: to create a wine-growing business!
Managing my vines in harmony with the land around me then becomes a necessity for me.

Services for children

Stroll through the vineyards by the light of an oil lamp and go back in time for a theatrical tour around the myths and legends of wine. End the evening with a tasting of organic wines paired with appetizers (grape juice and quiz for children). By reservation.
