The exhibition will first present works by Thierry Le Saëc, an exhibition that will focus on his work as a painter/visual artist. The works presented will be from the years 2021/2024, with an incursion of some older large-format works that will shed light on his career.
For years the main source of his work has been the way he looks at landscapes in the broadest possible sense, not so much in a "figurative" representation but in a sensitive one, in an internal dialogue. He does not seek to reproduce but to extract the color, the light and the emotion aroused.
In keeping with his work as an engraver, prints by his friend Loïc le Groumellec, produced in the workshop of Thierry le Saëc in Languidic in Morbihan, will also be presented.
