Nicole and Jacques offer you a unique experience in Ardèche: 2-hour horseback ride with a 1 km descent into the river for all levels from 10 years old. Pony baptisms from 2 to 10 years old.

Equitation Chavetourte, an equestrian farm in a former 16th-century silkworm farm, is located in southern Ardèche. The farm overlooks the gorges and the charming village of Labeaume. It has been awarded the "Welcome to the Farm" label. Located 3 km from Ruoms, 12 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc, and 15 km from the Chauvet Cave (Ardèche).
For 35 years, we have been sharing our passion for horses and ponies with beginners and experienced riders, in complete safety. Jacques TALAGRAND and his team of graduates, thanks to an adapted cavalry, will introduce you and accompany you on walks and hikes with river crossings, at the confluence of the Beaume, the Ardèche and the Chassezac.

The Chavetourte equestrian farm offers horse and nature lovers various activities:
– horseback riding and trekking (1 hour along the Ardèche, 2 hours with a 1 km long river descent and 1/2 day with a visit to the dolmen and also a river descent) for beginners and experienced riders.
-Night hike in July/August (2 hours)
– Bivouacs, day hikes
– Equestrian farm labeled “Welcome to the farm”
– pony rides on marked trails (30 mins and 1 hour)
– adapted riding;
– breeding of Haflinger horses and leisure horses.
