An institution since 1926, Maison Broche is a family business. Regional meats: Ardèche, Lozère, Haute Loire… Ardèche farm poultry. Homemade charcuterie, family recipes.

The eternal taste of tradition. For four generations, the Broche family has perpetuated the expertise that has made its reputation as a butcher and charcuterie company today.

The beautiful story begins with Louis Broche, the great-grandfather, a cattle dealer (buyer and seller) in the neighboring village of Gravières. In 1951, the grandfather: Edmond bought the Vans butcher's shop on Rue du Marché, then his son Christian (still present) took over the reins with his wife Evelyne in 1988. Today, their son Nicolas, who holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management, has joined the family business to bring innovation and development while continuing to tell his story and extend the reputation of this House.

At Broche, a common thread: quality sources, animals selected outdoors near another family business (Fabre). For flavorful meats and homemade Ardèche charcuterie recipes. Among them: caillettes, maôche, and sausage… Which locals and tourists alike love to find.
