Take pictures with simple tea boxes, develop them in a mobile lab and take them home!
In the digital age where we photograph without counting and where error and chance no longer have a place, this workshop invites you to slow down and take the time to photograph as in 1826. You will have to estimate the brightness, position yourself well in relation to the sun, take the time to frame without a viewfinder and let the magic happen. You will obtain images from another time, as beautiful as they are surprising! When your images appear in the developer, you will feel like a child, amazed by a creation that you can touch with your fingers and take with you.
Two possible formulas:
Complete workshop (duration: between 3 and 4 hours):
– Short theoretical course and notions of the history of photography
– Making your pinhole camera
– Outdoor shots
– Development of your negatives in the lab
– You'll leave with your working camera and paper negatives. You'll receive the positives of your photos by email or text message, as well as a PDF summary of the workshop so you can practice independently.
It is possible to do a complete workshop in nature or at your home (2 participants over 7 years old minimum).
Discovery workshop (duration: approximately 2 hours), Photographic walk in nature:
– Short theoretical course and notions of the history of photography
– Outdoor shooting with existing pinhole cameras
– Development of your negatives in the mobile lab
