Associations
From fishing to work
The associations Approved for Fishing and Protection of the Aquatic Environment (AAPPMA) Beaume-Drobie, Chassezac and Valgorgeoise trout are responsible for the various watercourse of the Cévennes d'Ardèche. They work daily for the preservation of environments and species. They play an essential role in the river protection, the collection and reintroduction of species.

Fishing routes
No Kill
The “No-kill” courses (without killing) are specific courses that require the release mandatory for all fish caught. These courses are signposted and easily identifiable thanks to specific signage along the watercourse.
The two courses described below are officially recognized by regulations as no-kill fishing courses.
La Beaume and Drobie, classified in the first category, notably shelter the last wild strains of the brown troutThese no-kill courses aim to install a space on the river active reserve of its fish population and thus contribute to the preservation of'balanced fragile of this aquatic environment.

What is the difference with a “No-kill” course?
The number of rainbow trout catches allowed per fisherman per day is set at 3. The number of brown trout catches allowed per fisherman per day is set at zero. It is therefore mandatory to return all brown trout to the water.
