Canyoning Famille – Ceven'Aventure
Following the course of the river by swimming, jumping, sliding and above all, having fun, these are the fundamentals of canyoning. The Canyon Family formula is available from 7 years old, knowing how to swim! A great family day in an incredible setting.
After a hike of about 45 minutes, and a short lunch break to build up your strength, you will launch yourself into the water for 3 to 4 hours. You will alternate between jumps (up to 5 meters, not mandatory), sliding on natural slides, swimming and wandering in the water.
Laughter and thrills will be there!
Important information:
- From 7 years
– Know how to swim
– Good physical condition (no heart condition, pregnant woman, injured or convalescing person, very overweight, etc.)
– 45 minutes approach walk (with elevation gain) and 5 minutes return walk
– 45 minutes drive between the meeting place and the activity location (transportation not included)
– Mainly frequented river: The Bas Chassezac, in Lozère
Equipment to bring: swimsuit, sports shoes (no water shoes), water (at least 1,5 liters for two people), a picnic (nothing fragile: sandwiches, dried fruit, cereal bars, etc.), cord for glasses if necessary, personal medication if necessary (ventolin, etc.).
Equipment provided: neoprene suit, helmet, waterproof container, canyoning bag, technical equipment.
